Day 63

Been craving cake today and good pastries it doesn't help that I have been watching The Next Great Baker. I really want to just go and bake some yummy cakes and just eat them. Haha anyways today was great I was so good that I was finding things to eat because I was 400 calories shy of my allowed amount for the day so I had a couple of rice crispy treats. They tasted great and I enjoyed it.  While I was making breakfast I cut my finger and while I was dealing with my finger burnt some of my food. So I had to rethink what I was going to eat. I turned out ok. Did 10 min of zumba today not much but it was something. Loved my lunch today and dinner I had so much food on my plate I love finding more way of having more food for less calories and I think that I am doing awsome.

Breakfast:
Homemade Turkey Bacon egg macmuffin
1 Thin bun
1 whole egg
1 slice turkey bacon
1/8 c cheese
calories = 258

Lunch:
2 ounces chicken breast
2 tbsp sweet chili Thai sauce
1 yogurt
1/8 salsa cheese ball
1 c cucumber
1 c watermelon
1 c strawberries
Caloires = 303

Dinner:
Casserole
baby carrots 9 of them
1 c cucumber
1/8  salsa cheese ball
1 c watermelon
1 c strawberries
Calories = 504

Snack:
3 rice crispy square
Calories = 270

Total Daily Calories = 1335
